In the food truck project I was part of cooking committee. We cooked a lot, made new recipes, experimented and dissected our food to improve the quality of the dish. Throughout the course of the project the reel delicious project taught us about businesses. We gained many new skills that are used today in the real world like working in a groups. As a team we tested many new recipes and developed them to our dishes. From three weeks of research and tests, we developed a vegetarian dish that consisted of kung pao tofu, cucumber salad, green tea rice, and flan. we also incorporated a drink which was the horchata with boba. I feel that our pop up restaurant was a huge success. I worked harden in the kitchen and so did the rest of the students that took part in this.
